Whatz an easy Japanese recipe i can bring to lunch with me everyday?

So like whatz a quick japanese food that i can make every night and let sit for the morning that will stay good... I go to school at 6:30 and eat lunch at 12:30 and get home at 4:30 so like what should i bring that will fill me up but wont be to hard to make and last longg
make a SPAM MUSUBI
its only spam, rice, and a strip of sea weed to hold it all together
cook rice on the stove or in rice cooker
brown spam over medium heat on the stove in a skillet (george foreman grill works GREAT to)
wrap it up in the strip of seaweed
ENJOY
use a musubi maker (you dont have to, but it makes it look PROFESSIONAL if u do
u can make a musubi make out of the can that the spam comes in (i wouldnt do it)
just buy one, its like $10
