What are some healthy lunches for young school kids
My mother used to pack my sister tomato soup and a grilled cheese. My sister said the soup stayed warm enough and it was good. You can pack things your kids like, maybe cheese and crackers if they aren't into a sandwich. Carrots and ranch dip or well fruit and veggies of any kind they like. You can buy and pack your own single serving bags much cheaper than buying them ready made. Whole wheat type things are more filling too. Some kids love salad so that is always an option. Go with things that are easy to eat and not very messy. Have your kids shop with you so they will be happy with whats in their lunch.
