What are good things to promise to an all girls catholic school with a uniform for 7th graders?
My school is having an election for president of each grade and my friend and I are running for seventh grade president. We can't think of more promises, here is a list of our current promises.
•Fundraisers for a trip to see a Broadway Show
•We will put suggestion box in each of the homerooms
•Maybe we could vote for school lunches once a month
•Trip to a local restaurant one day for lunch.
•We will try for more dances
•7th grade dress down day to Support the troops in Iraq
•We can have a bake sale to raise money for 7th grade sweat shirts
•7th party at the end of year in the cafeteria
•Secret Santa
•Birthday goody bags (with candy and card)
•7th grade bulletin board for information about upcoming events
•Talent show
•CD of Songs that we all like

I would like to know how dressing down would support the troops who basically live in their uniforms themselves. Sounds like you have quite an aggressive list their. You are there to get an education you know. I would go with what you have. it's the quality of what you offer not the quantity.
