Which is best for keeping the heat of the liquid in a thermos for the longest time?
Aluminium, Styrofoam, paper or plastic? i would really like them in order startin from the best.

If you are asking which is the best insulation for a thermos, then styrofoam, paper, plastic, then aluminum.
If you are asking which is the best for the actual construction material then it is aluminum, plastic, styrofoam, and lastly and the worst paper.
A double walled construction with a vacuum between the double walls is an excellent method whether it is plastic or aluminum.
