Anyone have ideas for a 170 budget friendly boxed lunches for senior citizens?
I will include a sub sandwich (ham, turkey or veggie) a baggie of grapes & strawberries, a chocolate truffle. Does anyone have other creative, fun ideas besides a bag of chips or a pickle to fill the lunch out? I really want the box lunches to have kind of out of the ordinary items, little treasures/surprises, to look elegant and be a break from the ho-hum.
What about homemade granola??w dried fruits
or chocolate covered strawberries?
My grandfather 95 loves coconut cream pies etc..chocolate pies do them like the little pecan ones you do at christmas?no bigger than a bite..lol I guess thats a tease!LOL
do lettuce wrap sandwiches w chicken in the middle ?taste tester size?teryaki chicken etc.
white chocolate melted w crushed peppermint candy ..thats yummy!
