Teen Bodybuilding?
I workout 3 days a week for about 70 minutes each workout, I'm 16 and play football about 2 times a week on the days i'm not working out.
This is my usual eating plan:
Breakfast----oatmeal, wholegrain toast, apple,
Lunch-------- rice with chicken from school cafeteria.
After School------1 tin of tuna with 1 apple
Dinner--------Steak or chicken with broccoli and spinach
Supper--------usually grapes or other fruit
Always water throughout the day (No fizzy drinks)
And please don't tell me to take supplements and things because i can't afford them, just tell me if i will get a better body or not
JUST A YES OR NO ANSWER!
Yes. You eat healthy, but are you trying to gain mass or stay lean? So that results in what kind of better body you will get.
But I also recommend adding another snack between breakfast and lunch... like beef jerky, yogurt, string cheese.
